Claudia has been making pottery in one form or another for the past 38 years.  born and raised in Chicago, she found her love for making pottery at the age of 21. In the early 70s she and her husband moveed to the Ozarks in rural Missouri, where they made pottery, gardened, and all things they used to call going "back to the land".

In 2000, Claudia moved to Georgia to be near her daughter and gradnchildren. She quickly found a place to teach pottery lessons to lcoal students, which she has been doing for the past 10 years. She maintians a studio in Cornelia, Georgia. She prides herself in making pottery that is both functional and beautiful. Claudia accepts custom orders of dinnerwar, bowls, wedding gifts, or anything else one could make out of clay!
